Matthew Nutter was named to the position of vice president, commercial loan officer, BayCoast Bank announced recently.
In this role, he is responsible for soliciting and managing asset based loans. Before joining BayCoast, Nutter held a vice president position at Wells Fargo Capital Finance in Denver. Prior to that, he was employed as vice president at both Business Alliance Capital Company, a division of Sovereign Bank in Princeton, N.J. and associated receivables funding in Greenville, S.C.
Nutter received his bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Okla., where he focused on business administration in finance. Nutter continued his education at Loyola College in Baltimore, MD, where he obtained his master of science degree in finance. He is currently vice president of the New England Commercial Finance Association and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
