AlixPartners announced that Sanjay Verma has joined as a Managing Director in the firm’s Digital practice, based in San Francisco.

Verma brings deep expertise in digital transformations enabled by cloud solutions and AI, with specialization in the TMT industry. He advises clients on cloud strategy for product development, organizational agility, supply chain forecasting and operation, cloud-based growth strategies, and M&A.

Verma joins AlixPartners from Strategy&, a division of PWC, where he was Senior Partner and Chief Development Officer. Previously, he was with Boston Consulting Group where he was Partner and Managing Director in the TMT practice. Prior to that, he was with at Flex, a technology, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions provider, and McKinsey & Co., where he led the North America Software Development and Lean IT practices. Sanjay received his MBA degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Stanford University, and Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India.
