Lender Recruiting announced Jim Perrotta has joined the firm as a senior recruiter.  Perrotta will be responsible for new business development and cultivating and maintaining client relationships with commercial lenders and banks.  He will be based in Amelia Island, Florida.

Perrotta joins Lender Recruiting with over 30 years in the commercial finance industry.  He has held senior level positions at First Capital, Robert Swett Consulting, Textron Financial Corporation, Finova Financial Corporation, Whirlpool Financial Corporation, Marine Midland Business Loan, and BancAmerica Business Loans.  He is a graduate of Lehigh University and a member of the TMA, CFA and ACG.
