Amerisource Business Capital was honored in the M&A Advisor’s 15th Annual Turnaround Awards. Amerisource received its award at the Turnaround Awards Gala, which took place at the 2021 Distressed Investing Summit on September 29, 2021 in midtown Manhattan.

Amerisource received the award in the “Energy Deal of the Year” in the under-$1billion category for closing the senior credit facility and agenting the stretch facility in the acquisition of 5J Transportation Group by SMG Industries.  Chiron Financial LLC served as the investment banker and financial advisor to the seller.
