Boathouse Capital announced the successful completion of Fund III. The firm remains focused on being a value-added growth partner to businesses within SaaS/software, technology-enabled services and healthcare IT/services.
"Our track record of success and strong demand from new and existing investors have allowed the firm to raise the fund with an oversubscribed LP base. We are excited to begin the next chapter in our story. The support we received from existing LPs was exceptional, and a recognition of the positive results we have attained over the last thirteen years. We are extremely proud of the team, the culture we have built at the firm and are eager to continue building out our team,” said Chong Moua, Managing Partner.
"Building on our thirteen years of successfully growing companies, Boathouse Capital will continue to dedicate its capital and resources to growth and later stage businesses, with a primary focus of providing growth capital to owner-operators that want a partner to help them scale both organically and inorganically," said Bill Dyer, Managing Partner.
