Bank of America Business Capital announced that John J. Lim has joined the Metro NYC team as a Senior Business Development Officer. Based in New York City, he will provide asset-based lending solutions and banking products to large corporate and middle market companies, intermediaries, and financial sponsors in New York City, Westchester and Connecticut.

With more than 15 years of financial services experience in ABL and C&I lending, John J. Lim previously served as corporate ABL BDO at TD Bank, where he led teams that provided ABL and leveraged loans transaction across retail, manufacturing and distribution sectors, managing over $500M in commitments, with a focus on the Consumer & Retail and Chemical industries.

John earned his Bachelor of Science in Operations Research, Engineering Management Systems from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, with Dean’s Honors distinction. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is a member of SFNet, TMA, and ACG NY.
