Provident Bank announced Jessica Dudick has joined the Bank as Vice President, Relationship Manager with the Central New Jersey Commercial Lending team.

Dudick is based in the Bank’s Iselin, NJ, administrative headquarters and is responsible for working with small- to mid-sized businesses to grow the bank’s commercial loan portfolio by offering a variety of deposit and lending solutions. In addition, she manages a portfolio of clients based in Central New Jersey.

Her strong business development and client management skills, extensive knowledge of the central NJ market, and her ability to understand the credit needs of businesses will boost our efforts to grow Provident’s commercial loan portfolio,” said Raymond Eckoff, Vice President, Team Leader, Commercial Lending.

Dudick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Fairfield University and studied abroad at the University of Amsterdam.

Dudick has more than 15 years of experience in commercial lending, new business development and relationship management, and has closed commercial lending transactions which have included construction, C&I, CRE, and ABL. Prior to joining Provident, Dudick was a Vice President and Commercial Lending Relationship Manager with 1st Constitution Bank. She has also held positions as associate analyst with BNP Paribas and Moody’s Investment Services, and served as a credit risk analyst for Credit Agricole.
