Oxford Finance announced that Rohit Gandhi, a seasoned investment professional, has joined Oxford as a senior director.
Gandhi brings over 12 years of credit underwriting experience to Oxford, primarily within the healthcare and software sectors. He has underwritten more than $2.0 billion in debt and equity to late-stage venture, middle market, and large cap private companies. At Oxford, he will focus on originating, executing, and managing healthcare recurring revenue transactions to finance buyouts, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and growth initiatives for sponsored and non-sponsored companies.

Prior to joining Oxford, Gandhi held various investment banking and principal investing roles at Wachovia/Wells Fargo Securities, Yukon Partners, and AllianceBernstein Private Credit Investors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from Guilford College.
