Access Capital provided a $2 million facility for Encore Consulting Services, Inc.

The new borrower at Access Capital is a woman-owned enterprise and was founded in 2007.

Encore provides IT Staffing solutions with a service methodology built around providing clients with creative solutions to drive performance that is both measurable and consistent. The company is based in Illinois, operates multiple locations and was acquired by its current management in 2019. The newly appointed team realigned and refocused the operation, positioning the company for a future of unprecedented revenue growth.  
 
The company’s interim CFO connected with the team at Access Capital in pursuit of a relationship that provided a larger and cost-effective line of credit from a strategic and growth focused lending partner.

Access Capital was able to structure a facility for Encore that met its needs, both short and long term.
