White Oak Global Advisors provided a $21.3 million senior credit facility to Omni Recycling (“Omni”), a leading single-stream recycling and waste disposal company. The transaction supported Salt Creek Capital’s (“Salt Creek”) acquisition of the company. Salt Creek is a San Francisco Bay Area-based private equity firm that partners with lower middle-market businesses to accelerate growth and improve operating efficiencies.
