Wells Fargo Capital Finance announced that Adam Davis, director in the Retail Finance division, has been promoted and will be joining the team responsible for originating asset-based lending transactions for retail industry clients. He previously managed a variety of portfolio clients across different capital structures. The Retail Finance division is a leading provider of senior secured revolving lines of credit, term loans, and seasonal facilities tailored to meet the needs of large corporate and middle-market retailers.
Davis has been a team member of the Wells Fargo Capital Finance’s Retail Finance division since 2005. He has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, working on numerous transactions including new business underwritings, refinancing, restructurings, as well as deepening client relationships. Davis has also covered a range of retail clients including apparel, department stores, luxury, discount, grocery, and jewelry. He received his Bachelor of Science in finance and marketing from Boston College.
