Houlihan Lokey announced that Jesse Nichols has joined the firm’s global Technology Group as a Managing Director covering the digital infrastructure sector. He is based in Boston.

Mr. Nichols joins from Alpina Capital, where he led communications infrastructure M&A and advisory as a Managing Director. His previous clients include AT&T and TowerCo, a leading U.S.-based tower company, and he has worked with financial sponsors throughout the sector.

The practice covers numerous industry subsectors, including fiber, fixed wireless, cable, data centers, managed services, wireless infrastructure, wireless and spectrum, digital infrastructure services, and communications software.
