Abacus Finance Group served as senior secured credit facilities Administrative Agent and Lead Arranger for $34.5 million in senior secured credit facilities to support the leveraged buyout of Media 1 Digital Imaging Solutions, LLC by American Pacific Group.

With a combined professional and technical experience of 40+ years, Media 1 Digital Imaging Solutions is a one-stop answer for all large format printing needs. American Pacific Group is a San Francisco Bay Area-based private equity firm with $1.2 billion of capital under management.
