Citizens M&A Advisory served as the financial advisor to Isos Technology on its acquisition of HyperVelocity, an Atlassian professional services firm with more than 49 Atlassian-accredited specialists. This follows Isos Technology’s recent acquisition by specialist investment firm The Acacia Group as the cornerstone of Acacia’s strategy to build the leading partner in the Atlassian ecosystem. While formally combining with Isos, HyperVelocity will continue to be customer-facing under its own brand name.

Founded in 2014 and based in Vancouver, WA, the HyperVelocity team specializes in working with enterprise and government clients to optimize their investment in Atlassian, helping teams collaborate, build and create. Like Isos, HyperVelocity is an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner.

The merged business has more than 130 Atlassian-accredited specialists, placing it among the top five companies in Atlassian’s global partner ecosystem. With extensive expertise across ITSM, Agile, DevOps and cloud migration, its team has decades of experience helping hundreds of enterprise and public sector clients get the most value from their Atlassian investment.
