Abacus Finance Group served as Senior Secured Credit Facilities Administrative Agent and Sole Lender for senior secured credit facilities to support the recapitalization of Advertiser Perceptions by Eureka Equity Partners. Additionally, Abacus made an equity co-investment in Advertiser Perceptions.

Founded in 2002, Advertiser Perceptions is the leading provider of research-based strategic market intelligence and analysis to the media, advertising, and ad tech industries. Eureka Equity Partners is a private equity firm targeting niche market leaders with up to $100 million in revenue across such industry segments as business services, health care services, specialty industrials, and consumer products.
