Assembled Brands appointed Dave Warga as its new Director of Underwriting. Warga brings extensive experience and expertise to the company and will play a crucial role in driving the business forward.

Warga holds a degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and has a proven track record in the finance sector. He has worked with Banc of California, Bank of America and Wells Fargo Capital Finance over the past two decades, where he held key positions as VP Sr. Underwriter and AVP of Business Development.
