Arrow Electronics, Inc. announced that the company has amended its credit facility, extending its maturity to December 2018 and its capacity to $1.5 billion. The credit facility previously matured in August 2016 and totaled $1.2 billion. An SEC 8-K filing notes that JPMorgan Chase Bank served as administrative agent on the facility amendment. Reilly, executive vice president, finance and operations, and chief financial officer. "When combined with our strong cash flows and balance sheet, the credit facility enhances our financial flexibility to continue to drive strategic growth."
