Hilco Corporate Finance (HCF) announced the sale of Kataman Metals to Pedalpoint Holdings, the US subsidiary of Korea Zinc, the world's largest lead and zinc smelter. HCF served as the exclusive sell-side financial advisor to Kataman in the transaction.
