First Business Financial Services Promotes Quade to EVP & Chief Credit Officer

First Business Financial Services, parent company of First Business Bank, announced Brad Quade’s recent promotion to Executive Vice President & Chief Credit Officer.

Expanding on his earlier role as Chief Credit Officer, Quade’s new responsibilities include overseeing Credit, Banking Operations, Information Technology, and ensuring our continued commitment to prudent credit management and operational excellence across our diversified product lines.

Quade joined First Business Financial Services in 2019 and has over 35 years of experience in banking at publicly traded and privately owned institutions. Throughout his career, he has led successful teams in operational and business development capacities, building particularly deep experience in solving the financial needs of middle-market companies.

Quade holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Beyond his professional achievements, he has demonstrated a commitment to the Milwaukee-area community through his active participation in a variety of charitable organizations in the areas of youth, arts, homeless care, nutrition, and faith.
