Rosenthal & Rosenthal completed a $2 million recourse factoring deal for a disabled veteran-owned business focused on providing staffing to local and state agencies.
The New York-based firm was unable to increase its existing line of credit to accommodate a large new contract that required funding within a matter of weeks. After being referred by the company’s financial advisor, Rosenthal stepped in to offer a $2 million recourse factoring facility that would support the new contract and provide additional liquidity to increase business across their customer base. Rosenthal was also able to successfully source a new banking relationship for the firm that would accommodate a controlled account agreement for payments.
“Rosenthal’s ability to deliver quickly and provide a soundly structured facility that could grow with the company was critical,” said Leigh Lones, Head of Recourse Factoring at Rosenthal. “Small companies can really benefit from an experienced funding partner like Rosenthal who can help clients navigate complex circumstances and secure the financial services that best meet the needs of their business.”
