nFusion Capital announced that Daniel J. Karas has joined their team as EVP of Asset Based Lending. Karas is responsible for spearheading the strategic expansion of the Asset Based Lending division.

Throughout his career, Karas built high-performing teams and drove the expansion of national commercial lending platforms for market-leading organizations. He most recently served as Chief Credit Officer of C2FO Capital Finance and Executive Vice President of Axiom Bank, where he led the Allied Affiliated Funding Division. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of TBK Bank, SSB, where he led a $3.6 billion commercial lending platform. During his tenure at TBK Bank, he integrated seven bank acquisitions, launched three commercial finance platforms, improved credit quality, and served in a corporate governance role, representing the organization in the analyst and investor community. He held executive leadership positions at financial institutions in Texas and New York, including Marquette Financial Companies, GE Energy Financial Services, JPMorgan Chase, and Bank of America, among others.
He is active in trade associations, including the Association for Corporate Growth and Turnaround Management Association. Additionally, he serves on the board and was a former Executive Committee member of SFNet.
