Cascadia Capital, a leading investment bank serving middle-market clients, announced the addition of Jordan Finkler as Managing Director in the firm’s growing Business Services group. Finkler is the third Managing Director to be added to the Services practice in the last 90 days. Based in the New York office, he will focus on the Technology Services sector, leveraging his extensive experience and expertise to deliver value for clients.

Finkler brings over 19 years of transaction experience, primarily advising IT Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies. Prior to joining Cascadia, he was a Managing Director at DC Advisory, and previously held positions at Sagent Advisors, Citi Venture Capital International (now part of The Rohatyn Group), and Banc of America Securities.

"We are thrilled to welcome Jordan to the Cascadia team," said Michael Butler, Chairman & CEO of Cascadia Capital. "Over the last 12 months, we have been excited to expand the sector and product coverage of Cascadia’s Business Services practice to serve one of the fastest-growing segments of the U.S. economy. Jordan’s deep industry knowledge and extensive transaction experience in the Technology Services sector make him an invaluable asset to a very strong team.”

Throughout his career, he has successfully executed numerous M&A and capital-raising transactions, working with a diverse array of strategic buyers, founder-backed companies, and financial sponsors around the world. Mr. Finkler earned a BBA degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Commenting on his new role, Finkler stated, "I am excited to join Cascadia Capital and contribute to the firm’s continued success. The firm's commitment to excellence and client-centric approach aligns perfectly with my own values and professional goals. I look forward to leveraging my experience in the Technology Services sector to support our clients and drive transformative outcomes."

Finkler's appointment reflects Cascadia Capital's ongoing commitment to attracting top talent and delivering exceptional service to its clients. His addition to the team follows the recent addition of Connor Mitchell and John Lanza, and further strengthens Cascadia's ability to provide top-tier advisory services.
