“We are delighted to welcome Paul to our Financial Services Team. Libretta has experience with various asset classes including credit accounts, marketplace loans, auto loans, mortgages, MSRs, student loans and life settlements. He has also advised on banking, securities and consumer finance regulatory and compliance matters. Additionally, Mr. Libretta has advised on fintech matters including hardware and software technology licensing and maintenance agreements as well as general corporate counselling.

“I am thrilled to join Holland & Knight and contribute to the firm’s growth in structured finance and asset-backed lending. With my experience across various asset classes in the structured finance space as well as a strong focus on fintech, regulatory and compliance matters, I look forward to collaborating with this talented group of professionals including Taylor Speers and John Marchisello with whom I worked at my prior firm,” said Libretta. “I’m excited about the opportunities ahead and eager to help our clients navigate the complexities of the financial services industry.”

Libretta received a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School, cum laude, and a B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy.
