Monroe Capital acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support Point 41 Capital Partners’ acquisitions of Georgia Water & Fire Restoration (“GWFR”) and Property Medics of Georgia (“Property Medics”). Together, they will form a new restoration services platform.

Founded in 1989 and based in Cumming, GA, GWFR is a provider of property mitigation and restoration services in the greater Atlanta market, serving residential and commercial businesses. GWFR specializes in fire and smoke damage, water damage, mold remediation and restoration services. Property Medics is an end-to-end property mitigation and restoration services provider. The Company will focus on everyday loss events and offers comprehensive restoration services, including mitigation, environmental remediation, contents cleaning and storage, and reconstruction services.
