Alvarez & Marsal (A&M)appointed Kevin Davidson as a Senior Director within its Healthcare Industry Group. In his new role, Davidson will help advance the Human Capital and Workforce Management Practice’s growth strategy in support of clients across the healthcare ecosystem including hospitals and health systems, payers and private equity-owned healthcare organizations. His joining highlights A&M’s commitment to advising clients on solving workforce issues that continue to challenge healthcare organizations’ operational performance, growth and profitability.
With more than 18 years of industry experience, Mr. Davidson specializes in healthcare workforce optimization and management, focusing on productivity benchmarking analytics, human resource information system (HRIS)/IT optimization and organization design. Additionally, he has significant expertise with managing specialized system transformations, patient flow process standardizations and technology enablement exercises.

- Supporting financial improvement projects through workforce optimization at safety net, academic and children’s specialty hospitals and health systems.

Prior to joining A&M, Davidson focused on creating novel solutions and strategies for workforce management. He earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Appalachian State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Darla More School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
