Alvarez & Marsal’s Global Transaction Advisory Group (Global TAG) continues to strengthen its market readiness to service clients globally with the promotion of Managing Director, Stacy Kirshner to Co-Leader of TAG U.S., alongside Managing Director, Anthony Caporrino. Kirshner will partner with Caporrino, Global TAG’s longtime regional leader for the U.S., to steer the unit into its next era.
Ms. Kirshner, who has been with Global TAG for over a decade, joined the practice’s U.S. Executive Committee in 2022 and has contributed to both building and executing against its regional growth plan since. Ms. Kirshner previously led TAG U.S.’ financial services sector team, deepening and nurturing its bench of experts in the space.
In EMEA, Global TAG is proud to announce the appointment of Managing Director Frederic Steiner to Country Co-Leader of A&M France, transitioning the role from TAG EMEA Co-Leader, Jonathan Gibbons, who will maintain his practice leadership for the region. In his new capacity, Mr. Steiner, who has been with Global TAG since 2018, will steer the firm’s overall strategy and ensure operational health of the business in the country. He will maintain his service role to private equity and corporate clients in the country, and continue to report into TAG EMEA’s Co-Leaders, Jonathan Gibbons and Phil Mitchell.
