Cascadia Capital appointed Connor Owens as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Owens will oversee finance, strategic planning, human resources, technology, and operations, driving operational excellence and supporting Cascadia’s expansion. Based in Cascadia’s Austin office, his leadership will focus on enhancing the firm’s capabilities, streamlining processes, and delivering exceptional service to clients and partners.
Owens brings a decade of financial and operational expertise to Cascadia. He recently served as a Vice President at Great Hill Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm, where he focused on investments within the financial services and technology industries. Prior to that, he worked at Atlas Merchant Capital in New York, where he reviewed and invested in businesses across the financial services ecosystem. Owens began his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in New York. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University.
