WhiteHawk Capital Partners, a private credit investment manager, announced that Joseph “Joe” Wells has joined the firm as Managing Director. He will be based out of the firm’s Ponte Vedra, Florida office.

Wells brings over 20 years of experience in middle market and corporate originations and credit investing with a particular focus on asset based lending opportunities. Most recently, Joe spent three years originating senior secured and split lien, FILO and unitranche asset-based financings on behalf of SLR Credit Solutions (formerly known as Crystal Financial).

Prior to that, Wells spent 18 years at Wells Fargo Capital Finance where he focused on asset based and recurring revenue software loans.
