CIBC Innovation Banking acted as the lead arranger and administrative agent on a syndicated credit facility for Teamworks, a Durham, NC-based software business that provides a leading operating system for sports organizations. The company will use the financing to support future organic and inorganic strategic growth initiatives.

Teamworks provides the top operations software for teams which includes professional organizations, colleges, National Governing Bodies, and military or tactical teams. The software offers purpose-built solutions for the everyday challenges of athletes and administrators including: development, performance, recruiting, branding, training management, compliance, payments, and more.

Existing investors include: Delta-V Capital, Dragoneer Investment Group, General Catalyst Partners, and Seaport Capital.
