SC&H announced the addition of two prominent principals, Stan Mastil and Jeremy VanEtten, to its Corporate Restructuring practice. Both join with extensive experience in bankruptcy advisory services, financial forensics, and crisis management, further strengthening SC&H’s ability to serve clients in complex distress situations.
Based in Wilmington, Del., and Philadelphia, Pa., respectively, Mastil and VanEtten previously worked for a financial advisory firm based in Delaware. They bring decades of hands-on work with distressed companies, creditors, lenders, and fiduciaries across technology, retail, gaming, and manufacturing industries.
With Mastil and VanEtten on board, SC&H continues to expand its geographic footprint in the restructuring space. Their proven leadership in high-stakes engagements supports the firm’s efforts to deliver innovative solutions in distressed situations, with value maximization during challenging times as the primary goal.
“Stan and Jeremy bring a level of expertise and insight that immediately strengthens our ability to tackle the toughest situations our clients face,” said Rob Patrick, Managing Director of SC&H’s Corporate Restructuring practice. “Their addition reflects our focus on building a team that understands the restructuring business and delivers practical, value-driven solutions—no matter how complex the challenge.”
