Commercial Finance Partners, a Boca Raton-based direct lending and advisory firm, announced the launch of its Debt Capital Advisory platform. As one of the market leaders in small business consulting, CFP is excited to expand our offerings to cover middle-market financing needs. Commercial Finance Partners has tapped Bill Krebsbach, a nine-year employee, to lead the initiative.

Commercial Finance Partners will provide full-service debt capital advisory services including, but not limited to, full deal modeling, teaser and CIM creation, data room organization, credit write-ups, capital tracking, negotiation, analysis, and other strategic support. The group will focus on acquisitions, growth capital, recapitalizations and refinancing, and turnarounds.

“Moving upmarket has always been a goal for Commercial Finance Partners,” commented Darren Palestine, Managing Partner. “We’ve crafted a great niche within the sub-$5,000,000 check size, and we’re excited to apply our core expertise to a broader market. While we’ve successfully closed transactions in the middle market, having a full-service solution dedicated to this space will enhance our offering to referral sources and partners.”

Commercial Finance Partners provides funding solutions for small to middle market companies seeking non-traditional sources of capital and working capital.  Through direct lending and partner programs, Commercial Finance Partners is the one-stop shop for any non-bank financing need.  Our product offering includes accounts receivable financing, SBA 7a and 504, asset-based loans, cash flow financing,  real estate loans, and other non-traditional loan products to fit almost any small to medium size business financing request.
