The formation of an SEC registered and FINRA and SIPC member broker-dealer to pursue more Investment Banking assignments expands the firm's already impressive capabilities in corporate restructuring, business valuation, forensic accounting, litigation support and real estate services. GlassRatner Securities will serve as an M&A transaction advisor and as an agent in capital formation transactions.
