Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC ("DCF") is acting as financial advisor to California-based Solid Concepts Inc. ("Solid Concepts"), the largest independent additive manufacturing service bureau in North America, in its sale to Stratasys Ltd. (NASDAQ: SSYS) ("Stratasys"), a leading global provider of additive manufacturing solutions, for total consideration of up to $295 million. According to the announcement, the two companies have entered into a definitive agreement, and expect the transaction closing to occur early in the upcoming third quarter, subject to customary closing conditions.
