Capital One Bank Expands Middle-Market Commercial Banking Team in Metro D.C.

Capital One Bank announced the appointment of Kate Marcotte and Andrew Brkic as Commercial Banking Relationship Managers for Capital One Bank. They will be based in the McLean, VA office and report to Bryan Pynchon, Market Manager.

“We are pleased to bring Kate and Andrew on board to help grow our presence in the Metro DC market,” said Pynchon. “Their experience and skill sets make them a great fit with our high-performing team, and they will help us deliver exceptional results to clients who look to us for the expertise to provide solutions that meet their unique needs.”

Marcotte has more than 28 years of experience in commercial banking.  Prior to joining Capital One, she held leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in corporate, middle market and business banking, as well as treasury management.  She graduated from the George Washington University and resides in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Brkic has more than 13 years of experience, with previous roles with Citibank’s Middle Market Group and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He has B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from Northeastern University. He is active in community organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Bread for the City and local youth athletics.
