Suzanne L’Hernault has joined the international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP, as a shareholder in its Corporate & Securities and Banking & Finance practices. She will reside in the firm’s New Jersey office. L’Hernault joins from Gibbons P.C., where she was a Director in the Corporate Department.
L’Hernault focuses her practice on representing lenders in all aspects of secured and unsecured financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents, letters of credit, subordination agreements, and inter-creditor agreements and negotiating and documenting debt restructuring agreements. She also has significant experience with asset-based lending, liquidity facilities, working capital lines of credit, term loans, letters of credit, multi-facility credit agreements and the representation of administrative agents in syndicated credit facilities.

L’Hernault received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from State University of New York at Stony Brook.
