GE Antares, a unit of GE Capital, served as administrative agent on a $265 million senior secured credit facility to support the acquisition of United Site Services (USS) by Calera Capital. GE Capital Markets served as sole lead arranger and bookrunner on this facility.
Headquartered in Westborough, MA, USS is a leader in portable restrooms and fence rentals with more than 60 locations throughout the United States.
