CIT Group announced the launch of View from the Middle™ (VftM), its rebranded content marketing program that will offer business insights and trends, specific industry expertise and content of value to executives in companies of all sizes.

Insights for the VftM series will come from CIT executives, as well as external industry experts. This focused industry knowledge reinforces CIT’s position as a leading resource for market intelligence and expertise related to commercial lending and leasing services.

“CIT’s internal thought leaders and external partners bring a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise regarding the markets they serve and in commercial lending and leasing,” said Margaret Tutwiler, Executive Vice President and Group Head of Communications & Government Relations at CIT. “Through our rebranded View from the Middle content marketing initiative, we are creating a platform where all of this knowledge can be harnessed into engaging content for our customers and the industry at large.”

Launching with a new visual approach and theme, VftM will feature a variety of award-winning content including videos, infographics, research reports, executive interviews, case studies and white papers. Content will be distributed through multiple channels including social media, print materials and advertising. There will be a combination of original and third party materials that will fall into three categories:

  • Common Interests – includes content that is of interest to all companies, with a focus on industries where CIT has expertise.
  • Industry Expertise – highlights CIT’s industry expertise through in-depth content specific to a particular industry.
  • Middle Market Matters – includes trends, insights, facts and research about the middle market.
