Houlihan Lokey, the international investment bank, today announced that Loren McCutchen has joined the firm's Due Diligence Services practice as a Director. He is based in Dallas.

McCutchen joins Houlihan Lokey following an 18-year career at Deloitte & Touche, where he began his career in the Assurance & Attestation practice and spent the majority of his career in the firm's M &A Transaction Services Group. He has worked on a broad range of acquisition and divestiture due diligence projects, advising companies' senior management teams at every stage of a transaction. He has extensive experience in numerous industry sectors including, but not limited to, financial services, consumer, manufacturing and distribution, chemicals, and several energy subsectors.

Mr. McCutchen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from Baylor University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs.
