FLOCK, a specialty finance company which provides capital for the subprime consumer finance markets as well as for debt buyers of distressed and subprime consumer credit obligations, announced that John Wheeler, former Managing Director at Renova Partners, LLC, an investment bank focused on financial services, has joined FLOCK as Chief Financial Officer.

Wheeler is responsible not only for accounting, finance and treasury functions, but also underwriting and customer solution development.

Wheeler has more than 17 years of experience in finance and investment banking, including a focus on M&A and capital raise transactions for companies in the specialty finance and financial services industries. In 2008, he co-founded Servius Capital LLC, an Atlanta-based boutique investment bank focused on specialty finance and retail companies.
