Bridging Finance announced that Dennis McCluskey has joined the company as Senior Advisor to its executives and as a member of the Credit Committee. In this role, McCluskey will advise on the origination, structuring and adjudication of credit arrangements and become a voting member of the Credit Committee. He will be based in British Columbia.

McCluskey has over 30 years of broad based large corporate and commercial lending experience, both as an originator, risk adjudicator and restructuring specialist. Previously, he was the Chief Risk Officer of Integrated Asset Management Corp. Prior to that, he was the President and CEO of CIT Business Credit Canada, Inc., which was a joint venture between CIT Group, Inc. and CIBC. McCluskey also previously held senior head office management positions at CIBC in risk management/credit and corporate finance.
