As the Vice President of Business Development for DS-Concept USA, Maloney is based in Los Angeles and specializes in structuring supply chain finance and factoring programs for small- and middle-market companies globally. Since joining DS-Concept in 2013, Maloney has focused on business opportunities in dealing with trade between China and the US and Europe, spending much of his time working in Shanghai with DS-Concept’s Asia representative office.
