Ares Commercial Finance has funded a $2 million senior secured revolving line of credit to Mindcrest, Inc.

Mindcrest, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary Mindcrest India Private Limited provide legal services to various corporate and law firm clients in the United States, Europe and Asia.  The company, founded in 2001, provides legal services principally in the areas of legal publishing, contracts lifecycle management, compliance, and litigation support.  The line of credit will provide ongoing working capital support for the company’s rapidly growing legal services platform, which had previously been financed internally.
