LBC Credit Partners, a leading provider of financing solutions to middle market companies, announced the promotion of six of its investment professionals. Homyar Choksi has been promoted to Partner; Allan Allweiss and David Fraimow have been promoted to Senior Managing Director; John Capperella and John Jadach have been promoted to Managing Director; and Jonathan Schor has been promoted to Vice President.
Homyar Choksi is responsible for managing the firm's eastern region for sourcing, structuring and negotiating new investments, as well as serving on the firm's Investment Committee. He has over 21 years of experience in large-corporate and middle-market leveraged lending transactions including both senior and junior debt and preferred and common equity, across a wide range of industries.
Allan Allweiss is responsible for managing the firm's western region for sourcing, structuring and negotiating new investments, as well as serving on the firm's Investment Committee. He has more than 25 years of experience in various senior management positions in the banking and credit industry.
David Fraimow is responsible for managing a portfolio of LBC's investments, overseeing legal and credit documentation, as well as serving on the firm's Investment Committee. Fraimow has more than 25 years of leveraged finance, valuation, restructuring and legal experience.
John Capperella is responsible for managing a portfolio of LBC's investments, as well as its loan syndications, and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. He has more than 20 years of experience in various roles in the banking and credit industry.
John Jadach is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating new investments in the Southeast region of the U.S. He has more than 19 years of experience in principal investing, investment banking, commercial lending and corporate risk management.
Jonathan Schor is responsible for managing both a portfolio of LBC's investments and various operational functions. He has over 10 years of experience as a portfolio manager and has served multiple clients within a wide array of industries.
