Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets division of Guggenheim Partners, announced Alexander Rohan, CFA has joined the firm as a managing director in the restructuring advisory group.

Alex has a long track record of success advising clients in complex matters, and he will be a strong addition to our team as we continue to expand in the marketplace."
Rohan joins Guggenheim Securities after spending over six years at Jefferies & Company, Inc., where he most recently served as a managing director in the Recapitalization and Restructuring Group.
Rohan has over 20 years of financial, legal and accounting advisory experience. He began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young and went on to become an attorney in the Bankruptcy & Corporate Reorganizations group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He subsequently spent over six years at Genworth Financial and GE Asset Management, where he held senior legal and business roles focused on restructuring matters for a portfolio of over $60 billion in fixed income securities.
Rohan is a Chartered Financial Analyst and formerly a Certified Public Accountant. He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and B.B.A. in Public Accounting from Pace University.
