EverBank announced the hiring of two new underwriters.  Steve Schuit and Ronnie Sussman join Ken Murphy, Cyril Prince, Mark Fagnani and the rest of EverBank’s asset-based lending group, EverBank Business Credit.

Steve Schuit has over 20 years of experience managing portfolios and underwriting middle market asset-based loans. He has held underwriting and portfolio positions, most recently at Webster Business Credit, and previously at CIT, Healthcare Finance Group, and Congress Financial Corporation.  Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from Adelphi University.  He brings expertise in all aspects of loan origination, financial modeling, underwriting, and portfolio management 

Ronnie Sussman joins the EverBank team as a veteran of asset-based lending, factoring and financial marketing.  She has held underwriting and marketing roles in the Asset-Based Finance Groups at National City Bank and LaSalle Bank.  Ronnie graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing. She also earned an MBA from The Crummer School of Business of Rollins College, with dual concentration in Finance and Management. She is a member of the Commercial Finance Association, the Turnaround Management Association, and the CFA Women in Commercial Finance Committee’s nationwide initiatives.
