Getzler Henrich & Associates announced that Frank R. Mack has joined the firm to lead the Midwest region.  Mack, who will be a managing director, will be based in the firm’s newly relocated office at the Willis Tower in Chicago. 

Mack is an operationally-focused professional with expertise in creating and executing strategies that maximize enterprise value throughout life-cycles from pre-acquisition through investment exit. He has more than 25 years’ experience in private equity, family office, venture and strategic investing, transformational leadership, operational excellence, in- and out-of-court restructurings and recapitalizations, and M&A and divestiture initiatives.  He has been employed or engaged by over 50 investors and lenders in privately-held and public companies to identify and execute investment, financing and strategic initiatives to optimize and monetize their operational and financial performance and investment/credit position, respectively. ?

Mack’s functional expertise includes investing, revenue/gross margin, operating and special situation strategies, CRO, interim management (CEO, COO and CFO) positions, pre-acquisition and financing due diligence, integration, capitalization and divestiture initiatives, working capital, EBITDA and free cash flow optimization, and project and risk management. His industry expertise includes automotive, truck, recreation and performance vehicles, aerospace/defense, energy, commercial equipment, financial and business services and consumer products.  Frank is experienced in international operations, low-cost country sourcing and global logistics.

Prior to joining Getzler Henrich, Mack was an operating partner in the private equity sector, most recently with Saybrook Capital LLC’s Corporate Opportunity Funds. He was also a managing director with an internationally-recognized restructuring firm and a past officer and director with the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association.
