The partners of 44 Business Capital LLC, announce that Kirstin Russell of Harleysville, PA has recently been hired as a credit analyst for the Philadelphia market. Russell is a May 2015 graduate of George Mason University with a degree in Finance and minors in Spanish and Economics. A Dean’s List recipient, Russell was a scholarship athlete for George Mason University's Division I Lacrosse team, serving as team captain for the 2014-2015 season.

Russell previously worked for Morgan Stanley, Philadelphia, interning for a wealth management team. Russell will serve as a credit analyst for 44 Business Capital supporting the U.S. Small Business Administration’s loan program.

“As we continue to grow our company and add quality loan officers like our recent addition of Michael Hahn, we need to be mindful of our credit team’s ability to deliver the service our customers are accustomed to,” Said Greg Poehlmann, 44 Business Capital President. “We have had success in the past mentoring young and bright college graduates into solid SBA credit analysts.
