Accord Financial, a provider of distinctive senior debt solutions to companies in transition, announced that Laine Stokes has been named Director of Legal Administration. Stokes will have a broad range of responsibilities as part of Accord's continued growth.

Stokes has spent nearly 20 years providing a wide range of corporate legal services in commercial real estate and contract administration, most recently for Hughes Development Corporation and prior to that, BI-LO, LLC, where she was the Legal Affairs Manager.  Stokes was also with Nexsen Pruet, LLC, in the early part of 2000, where she worked with a variety of clients, including Accord.

In addition, Accord announced Jessica Dawkins has been named Director of Marketing for its U.S. subsidiary. Dawkins is responsible for coordinating all company marketing activities.
