MB Business Capital, a division of MB Financial Bank, N.A., announced the following organizational changes:
Ellen Cook has assumed the position as Senior Vice President, Director of Collateral Risk Management and Reporting. Cook’s new responsibilities include managing the Asset Based Lending (ABL) Operations, Field Audit Services, ABL Systems Team and Commercial Banking Associate functions of the business unit. She is also responsible for all project work and integration with other areas of the bank. Cook has more than 25 years of experience in asset based lending, underwriting and finance and has been with the division for seven years. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Florida A&M University, School of Business & Industry.
Jeff Seiden has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Director of ABL Underwriting. In his new role Seiden will further utilize his strong underwriting skills to lead the underwriting team and support the overall lending efforts of MB Business Capital. Seiden has been with the group since 2008 and has almost 25 years’ experience in the asset based lending industry. He holds a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
