Bibby Financial Services announces the appointment of Kim Withrow to Executive Vice President, General Counsel. Withrow joins the team with nearly 30 years of experience in all aspects of commercial lending. She will oversee the company’s legal proceedings and corporate records across all departments, serving as an advisor to Bibby Financial Services leadership and staff.

Withrow brings with her expertise in structuring, documenting and negotiating asset-based lending, factoring and other commercial lending transactions, including single and multi-lender structures. Prior to joining Bibby Financial, Withrow served as senior vice president, legal counsel at First Capital, where she honed her skills in identifying legal and structural risks in new client loan transactions and ongoing portfolio matters. She also brings with her proficiency in developing and implementing protocols for managing identified risks, compliance and managing litigation matters.
